Liverpool City Region Combined Authority
The LCRCA have invested £5. million into supporting the development and delivery of Cradle to Career programmes in Halton, Knowsley, Linacre, Parr and Speke.
Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram has been a keen advocate for the programme and championed the Cradle to Career approach publicly.
