YOUTH ADVOCACY

Cradle to Career prides itself on community-led decision making and this includes listening to the voices of the young residents. Finding out what the children and young people want and need should come from the young people themselves, which is why we encourage youth voices from all of our programme areas.

Ruby O'Brien, Northwood Resident and former Youth MP

Ruby is a powerful voice and advocate for the community of Northwood. She shared her experience of the Cradle to Career programme with Georgia Gould MP at a Ministerial visit to Northwood Community Primary School.
